Booking Fees
We require a 50% booking fee for all appointment bookings whether booked online, in-salon or by any other medium

• All deposits/booking fees are non-refundable within 72h of appointment and are in place to secure your booking.
• Deposits lost due to late reschedule or cancellation cannot be transferred to future appointments.
Cancellation Policy
At House of Harlow Beauty Therapy, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please take note of our booking policies:
72 Hours – Confirmation
• All appointments must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior.
• Unconfirmed appointments may be automatically cancelled.
48 Hours – Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit/booking will be retained.
24 Hours & Same Day
• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur the full service fee.
No Shows
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged.

Booking app instructions
Creating an account will allow you to book your appointment's online with us, view all upcoming appointments and reschedule within the bookings timeframe.

To begin, select 'BOOK ONLINE'.
If booking on a computer or laptop, you will select 'My Account' from the top right hand corner, and follow the prompts.

If using a phone or tablet, you can access your account or create a new account via the 3 lines icon in the top left hand corner. From here you can login via 'My Account' or create a new account.
